Request Inquiry error

I'm getting the same error as posted here

For a inquiry, when I try to pre-approve the following message is seen

"These dates are currently unavailable—either let this guest know or update your calendar"

However, my calendar was available for those dates.

I'm also unable to Decline the request, so the guest can put in a new request.

What is even worse is that the inquiry, even though it hasnt been approved, seems to be blocking up my calendar for any other potential guests from booking that date.

The guest reported that Airbnb said there was an 'Error' and refunded her the money.
