Referral credit

Hello,

I have just referred someone to Airbnb through a link with my code in it and they are trying to book now but the credit isn't showing up. Please help?

Hello Paula,

Two things that have to ahppen for the credti to be applied are:

1) the person referred must be a new Airbnb member who opened their account by clicking on the link in your referral email i.e they must not have just gone to the aribnb website and clicked on the "Sign up" link.

2) the cost of the trip they're trying to book must be at least US$75 before fees and taxes.

If the above are both true then they should contact Airbnb support before completing the booking as credit can't be applied retrospectively.

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
