Question regarding additional quest charge

Hello, I was wondering why there is no way to charge additional guest fees for when the number of guests exceed 16? I have inquiries regarding parties that guests want to throw with 35~60 people and believe it will be necessary to collect the extra person fees for the surplus people attending.

The rate is normally for the amount of overnight guests who sleep in the property. No idea if you can charge a rate for party attendees.

Thanks Donna! I'm still having a bit of trouble finding how to apply extra guest charges for parties beyond 16... any suggestions? It doesn't seem to be listed in the pages you provided.
