Hi

I'm new to this so need all the help I can get!

My property is slightly different in that my target market is people who travel in groups e.g. golf tours, cycling tours etc.

I don't always have bookings for the entire house though, so can I also put in a per person per night price (if i dont have a group booking?) which will let me rent out individual rooms.

Hi Lizzie

Airbnb let you to put the price per person per room, depend on how many person you can take per room.

For example, you have one bed room and max guests: 4. so You can set the first person x amount and additional after the first is x amount. Hope it helps
