Pricing confusion

I have set 55 weeks of prices for my holiday cottage including a 20% reduction for 3 night breaks.

But when I go to preview and put some trial dates in for short breaks the prices are done on the base nightly price, which I cannot change seasonally. It is really frustrating.

Also if I test the week price it comes up with a different figure to the week price I have specified. 

How can I get Airbnb's pricing structure inline with my own? SOO CONFUSING!
