Pricing changes when daily price changes or booking carries over a month

Hello,

I have a problem where my daily prices that I have set are only used with in a certain month, but when the reservation is between months it changes the price significantly. For example booking from Dec 25th - Jan 2 for 500 a day should be 4000USD but it shows the booking as 286USD a day and giving me 2288USD. Im not sure what I am doing wrong. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

@Hayden2 There is definitely something weird going on. As you said, totals for longer stays are way too low. (It has nothing to do with crossing month boundaries, by the way; same issue occurs for solid January intervals.) I suggest you contact AirBnB directly. Here are various ways:  Contact Airbnb!
