Prices with discount i did not add!

Hello there,

Recently i just got a reservation with the prices wrong.

When i went to see better why, i checked airbnb just added a discount of 29% to all my properties without my knowing!

Now i have a reservation with a discount i'm not responsible for and the guest after knowing the problem tells me it's too much without the discount.

What can i do without getting penalties?

I'm not responsible...

Hi @Fernando34,

You ARE responsible for your pricing and your calendar.  I suspect that you may have once had a weekly and monthly price and when the system changed to percentage discounts, it converted the weekly and monthly fee to a percentage.  You will probably need to honor the prices the guests booked at or you will need to cancel the reservations which will probably have a much higer impact on your business (penalties) than honoring the prices the guests booked at.  You may want to contact Airbnb and see if they can explain why they changed their prices - which I am sure they will indicate they did not - which is likely true.
