Pre -approvals

Hello, This is my first time hosting.

I have a guest that inquired. I cant see their profile photo, or any reviews on them. I was only sent a message. How do I see their profile before pre-approving? The profile photo is just a logo.

Please let me know if I need to pre-approve before seeing this. I dont want to pre-approve and get stuck with someone without seeing their profile.

The person is probably new to Airbnb and has not completed their profile yet.  Send them a message asking them some questions about themselves and ask them to complete their profile before Pre-Approving.
