Photographer not asigned

I haven't been assigned a photographer for over three weeks. I have talked to other airbnbers in the area that said they got a photographer real fast. How do I check in on the status of my request and push it along? I feel like it was a notification that got lost in a photgraphers inbox. I'm sure a reminder would set it straight.
