Payouts-changing/adding an ACH account

I keep entering information (routing number and acct number) online to set up a different ACH account. I hit the "finish" button and it seems to freeze in that state whithout actually saving the new account. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone else know how to fix it?

I also keep getting rjct and no ach settup

I need to add additional instructions for ACH payout but there is no place to do it. Is there a work around that anybody is aware of?

In the meantime, I am starting the ACH process and will report back my results. (success or failure and comments)
