Payout not received after payment method rejected

Hi all,

 

I have a guest staying for 3 months. After the first month, she needed to update her payment method but she didn't and I received an email from airbnb. I asked my guest and she updated her payment method right away. Airbnb confirmed on 6/3. Today is 6/8 and the payment didn't arrive, yet. Is that normal?

on 6/3 did Airbnb confirm your guest changed her payment method or did Airbnb say that they sent you the payment ? If they sent you the payment then you should've got it that day . Call back Airbnb and find out when they sent out the payment
