Payment issue

Dear All,

 

I am a guest and I have a long-term rent in UK. When I made the booking on airbnb I used the visa card and my booking was accepted. However, my card was recently stolen and it is blocked now. So when I wanted to make the payment for the rest of my stay, it does not go through, though I added this new card details. My host told me to phone immeditaley to the airbnb and inform to change my payment details as today is my deadline (though they write that I missed the payment). Can anybody help me? How can I contact to airbnb so to resolve this issue. it is quite urgent and I will be extremely glad for your contributions.

@Arailym0  Contact Air BNB via Air BNB Twitter account as soon as possible!  On your reservation summary there is a phone number for you to call Air BNB.  Other Air BNB contact options are described in this link to a community guide.
