I am a guest and I have a long-term rent in UK. When I made the booking on airbnb I used the visa card and my booking was accepted. However, my card was recently stolen and it is blocked now. So when I wanted to make the payment for the rest of my stay, it does not go through, though I added this new card details. My host told me to phone immeditaley to the airbnb and inform to change my payment details as today is my deadline (though they write that I missed the payment). Can anybody help me? How can I contact to airbnb so to resolve this issue. it is quite urgent and I will be extremely glad for your contributions.
