New booking with not appear on Airbnb phone account

I have a new booking for accommodation, payed and confirmed. My trouble is that I have booked it on my laptop after logging in via facebook which has a different email account attached to my original log in account on my phone. What is strange is that the same profile picture appears on both however no history is appearing on the account on laptop as I have never booked via the laptop before. It is like they are two completely seperate accounts and really annoying as I will be going away in 8 weeks and will be using my phone while traveling, not the laptop. Is it possible to link the two together somehow? All my previous bookings, history, ID verification and reviews are on the phone account so the new booking via the laptop makes me look like I am brand new to airbnb. I am surprised the host accepted my booking.
