Long term cancelation

Hello every body,
I have reserved a room for 28 nights last week but my trip could be cancelled due to out of control reason (visa issue).
If I decided to cancel my reservation which is considered long term and my host policy for cancellation is flexible, how the refund will be managed?

A long term stay has automatically the " long term stay" cancellation policy attached to it (no matter what the host policy is for short stays), read more:
