Long Term Guest Cancellation

Hi  - I had a long term guest cancel after one month (for a 6 month booking) last novemeber. According to the airbnb policy, i should have been refunded the guests 1 month deposit since he cancelled early. This has not happened yet and I am still waiting for the deposit. Is there someone that can help me with this issue?

I am sorry I don't quite understand your question?

 

When your guest cancels, Airbnb will deal with the cancellation. You don't need to refund anything.

 

And there is no deposit collected, so nothing to refund.
