Incorrect payment

My guest coming next week has agreed and paid to a 'special deal' which I have offered. But once she made the payment she noticed that air bnb have charged her $200 more than what we agreed on. My screen / air bnb portfolio shows the correct payment is received, but her screen shows her charge of $200 more...I can't figure out why this is...? Please advise! With many thanks

I have the same isues with my guests!They really pay more than they should.I think that they charge the guests 15% on the given price and olso charge us the 3% !
Its really not fair for the customers!I olso get charged on wire payment an ekstra 5% -8%
Im trying to change the payment method its realy crazy to cherge the guests😱

I had the same issue before, i believe your guest is paying the Airbnb taxes & fees. What i did with my guest is i split the fee in half. Hopefully this helps
