I left something and my host won't return it...

Hello,

I am a photographer and left my light meter (worth about $700) at my airbnb host.  I contacted him and he said that he had it and we went back and forth on how he could send it to me but now he isn't answering anymore.  It's too late for me to go to the resolution center because it's not showing up as an option.  Please help!
