I just had my first guest! How to leave a review to my guest?

I went to review options and write a review is not showing up on my screen?

Hi @Charlene70.

 

If the guest has checked out, usually later the same day you will receive two options.

1. an email notification from Airbnb (which has a link) asking how did “Robert” go?

2. In your Airbnb messages inbox, on the specific guest’s messages, you will also get a message/tab notification showing up  “write a review”.

 

If you click on this, you have a few stages to follow.

You can edit and rewrite till happy, then remember to then hit “submit”.

 

Think about what you want to say, considering the Airbnb requirements and not getting too subjective.  As a new host you should be able to access the “Host Circle”, another discussion forum in this community centre. You will need to go back to “All Discussion Groups” then scroll to find it then click on it.

 

I wrote a personal thread the other day titled “To tell or not to tell”, as a number of hosts were raising writing a review concerns. It’s lengthy, but might add some helpful insight for your inaugural review.
