I changed my reservation from one night to two

Paypal has processed payment for one night (original reservation) and AirBnB confirms two-night stay, but I can't figure out how to process payment for the second night!

It goes automatically.  Go to your reservations and view the receipt.

YOU cannot process payment for anything.  It will be automatically handled by Air.
