How to quote a price to a guest.

I need to know how I can quote a specific price to a prospective guest in a way that allows him to book and pay. It's not the normal rate....help please, I'm a complete beginner.

Hi @Kay12,

Has this guest made an inquiry?  If so, look for the "Make a special offer" button, enter the total amount including cleaning fees.  Airbnb will send the offer with their fees added and the guest will either accept or decline.  If they accept, it becomes a completed reservation.
