How long is temporary when Airbnb "temporarily" blocks days due to cancellation?

Hi Airbnb,

I mistakenly accepted a pre-booking while a guest was in my apartment and I had to cancel. The days were temporarily blocked by Airbnb due to the cancellation but it has been more than 36 hours. How long does it take? I need to check in the current guest.
