I don't see in the drop box a way to wave the $50 cancelation charge to my would be guest who is wanting to cancel in just two hrs of booking.  I am listed as strick so guess I should stick with it.

 

@Talitha0, does the 'offer partial reimbursement' category in the drop-down menu not work for you?
