Guest refund

We have problem with refunding guest. It has been 2 weeks for this issue.

We went to resolution center like always and try to choose name of that guest.

But there is no name one the list! So, we think it's system error.

We wrote email to airbnb staff and it has been 2 weeks with 10 replies

with same answer which sounds like they don't even read our messages.

All emails told us to go to resulotion center and do same thing and never can make anything better.

Last time also, some staffs call to fix payout system and they change it in the way i didn't want to.

They said they will call but never call until we wrote another email to them.

They reply our email, they said we have to re-do all process again!

Normally, everytime we email them because of system error everything will be solved with in 1 day.

I don't understand what happen this time after they change system.

Still...can't refund guest. And tiring email them. What should we do?
