Anyone know how to check resolution payout history from payout number?

Hello everyone,
We received an email that we receiving money from Resolution Payout, but we couldn't find where it come from.

Already went to payout history and found the transaction said Resolution payout for resolution 2583385.

We wondering if this number will help us track the payout? how to use?

(already went to resolution center page which has resulotion history,

but couldn't find the match same amount from that page)

Hello @Pammy0,

You could try going to airbnb dot com / resolutions

That will show your resolution request and payout history with the profile photo and name of each person.

If the payout is listed there you can click on "View details" for it to get some more information.

Should it not be listed then contact Airbnb customer service.
