after hours of searching, I can still not find a way to contact airbnb, so I'm trying it here.
Unfortunately, my last guests lost the keys to my apartment. The key service had to come and broke the current lock to let them in and also severely damaged the front door. How can I get this sorted?
If I use the resolution center, I have to already give a cost estimate. It will take some time to get the cost proposal, however, I also ready that I have to submit the complaint 48 / 72 hours after the check-out.
Any advice what to do / how I can get in contact with airbnb for this matter?
