Guest asked if someone else could check in the day before she does

Hi, this s the message I received:

Hi Mary! I will be traveling with my friend/teammate Veronica Zaciek. She will be there all nights we are scheduled for. I will be there only the nights of the 19, 20, and 21. Is it ok that she will be checking in without me?

How should I respond?

If so, this should be okay, as the booking guest is going to be there also (but just a bit later).

If Veronica is not on the reservation, ask the booking guest to add her to it.
