Getting paid for Superbowl hosting

Hello,

I became a host for Superbowl weekend and rented a room under the conditions of Airbnb's $200 cash back offer. I submitted all information for my hosting and have not received any communication from Airbnb. I cannot locate how to contact their customer service on the website either, which is very frustrating. 

Did anyone else sign up to be a host under this offer? Have you received payment or any communication? How do I contact customer service directly?
