Just hosted guests from hell, police involved, personal supplies consumed and property destroyed, I've filed the request for help, but it's telling me it's going to take 72 hrs and I have to try and talk with the guests who are completely clueless. They broke my bed and want a month to replace it! In the meantime I now have to put my mattress on the floor and lose one additional bed under it as a trundle. I just filed the request for help anyone experienced anything similar and what was the resolution I almost feel like am I really protected by Airbnb? Feeling so frustrated and abused.
