Discounts and special offer

I have a discount that applies for one week or more and another for one month or more

However it has not been applied for my most recent application and when I push the

'special offer'button nothing happens.  Neither of these two seem to be working.

It has resulted in us losing a longer term booking.  Anyone help?

Incidentally how do we contact someone at Airbnb.  I have spent a lot of time looking

and cannot find any help.  Thanks

The discounts are automatically applied when a guest meets the criteria for it.  You do not need to do anything.  

A simple Google search will get you a phone number for Airbnb. 

Thanks Alice & Jeff for your reply.  The problem was that the discount

was not automatically applied.  It has been in the past but not this time.

So I thought maybe if I send a 'special offer' however when I pushed that

(tried at various times) it would not work.  

I guess I can try to phone Airbnb but am I phoning USA (from NZ) - will try

to find another way around it before taking the phone option.

Take the phone option, they are always very helpful and understanding. It's not like most support lines, they actually answer and work it out for you. 🙂

As suggested it could have been a passing glitch.

But in the Special Offer you could have simply calculated the amount for this time and overwritten the automatically calculated amount.

Thanks for that Andrea.  The problem though was just that when I pushed

the special offer button nothing happened at all.  I hadn't even got to the

calculating part!

Airbnb sent me an email suggesting that I add a special 10%discount for a two week period.   Is there a way that I can increase it to a 3 week period?    Also, Is it possible to do that on my own without being prompted by Airbnb?   thanks. Ken
