Changing the credit card associated with a reservation request

I just made a reservation request and realized that the credit card associated with it is no longer valid. I added my new credit card after the fact, and made it my default payment option. Will my reservation go through or should I cancel it and start over? Thank you!

Check your email for a message from Airbnb.  They probably sent you a notice that your payment was invalid.  Follow the instructions.
