Cannot get in touch with my host!

I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with my host. I booked a month long trip with One host in Mexico for March months ago. I’m having extensive dental work done that is booked, flights are all booked and paid for. My booking has shown up as confirmed for months. She responded to one message of mine checking in saying that she would have to look at her calendar as she couldn’t see my arrival??! It is very clear when I arrive. Since then she has not responded to anything and her phone number is disconnected. I have no idea how to get help with this.

@Keeley2, you may have to get AirBnB involved if your host is not communicating with you, and especially if the host says she cannot see your arrival.

Tell AirBnB what you told us, and they will also reach out to the host.

If the host does not communicate with AirBnB, then AirBnB may help you find a more reliable host.
