Can you override a minimum stay with a special offer?

Hey lovely community

We are new to Airbnb and would appreciate your help! 🙂 

We have a minimum of 3 nights stay and someone messaged asking for 2 nights. I don't mind as it is midweek so I sent them a special offer. The offer shows the dates of 2 nights and the correct price, but she has had problems booking. Her message is saying that we have a minimum of 3 nights. Surely, as it shows correctly my end, it would work? 

I have changed the minimum booking to 2 nights, so she can book, but I do not want anyone else to book for 2 nights while this is happening.... does anyone know if there is a better way to do this?

In the Calendar View, Availability, under the minimum nights section, add a requirement for those two nights that the minimum is a 2 night booking.  See if that works.

Thank you Alice and Jeff. We really appreciate your help. I have changed my settings back to 3 nights and done as you said. They haven't booked yet, so I don't know if it worked.... but the theory sounds great.... lol! X
