Cancelling 4 future bookings

Yesterday we received a certified letter from our Homeowner's Association that by renting out a room with Airbnb we are in violation of both the Association bylaws and the city laws and we have to cancel any future bookings we have.  We currently have 4 bookings on the calendar, is there a way to cancel those without incurring the $50 penalty?

Contact AirBnB - tell them what has happened.

Penalties are taken from future payments - so in theory if you are not hosting then you can never pay the penalty
