Can we change cancellation polities for specific periods

We lost a huge amount of money when we had last minute cancellations for a major event time frame. Is there a way to change cancellation requirements for a specific set of dates? Or does anyone have any other suggestions on how NOT to lose everything on last minute cancellations is prime periods?

Unfortunately there is no easy way to do what you want to do. You either set the policy to it's highest until those dates are booked - and then change it to a lower policy. The policy that applies is the policy in place at the time of booking.
