Bizarre review

Just received a 1 star cleanliness rating from a guest - reason given is my neighbours smoke in their flats?!

Otherwise I have a 90% cleanliness rating.

Any chance of getting this removed?

You can contact Airbnb and explain your situation. But your potential future guests will find review also really bizzare and it will not affect your bookings.

Future guests won't find it bizzare because they won't see why the host has a lower aggregate score for cleaning.  

Unless the guests stated this publicly, it's likely that they gave a 1 star and explained why in private feedback.

You could try making a comment in the response to their review if the mentioned this in the review.
