Airbnb messages not going through

Anyone else having trouble seeing messages posted to inquires? We see this was a problem for some a month ago. This is where we reply to an inquiry, answering specific question. We have preapproved 2 people with a message, and our message is not showing up in the thread!

Yes, I replied multiple times to an inquiry and AirBnb kept texting and emailing me that my reviews would go down with a slow response rate.  Does anyone have a clue how to contact a human at Airbnb.  Is it impossible as I am starting to believe?
