Airbnb in Los Angeles issue.

Hi, I have vacation rental in Los Angeles and my neighbors give me issues about my rental place as Airbnb. Right now my rental is mostly booked from June thru September. What's your inputs on how I resolve this problem? Please help.

I had some initial issues with neighbors at first as well. Listen to what they have to say and figure out what their concerns are and do what you can to address them. Give them your cellphone number so they can reach you if they have problems with any of your guests. Being very clear with your guests about parking and noise is important too. Some people just can't be reasoned with, but being polite and sympathetic to their concerns can go a long way. Hope that helps.
