Airbnb has NO customer service!!

Airbnb removed my superhost badge while I meet all the requirements. I wanted to contact and ask Airbnb why?! Then I found out Airbnb technically has NO customer service!!

@Daniel611  I assume Airbnb say you lost your Superhost status at the last assessment.  The last assessment looked at the year ending 1st April.  Your screen shot shows the year ending 30th June.  Try selecting April 1st 2016 - March 31st 2017.

If the figures are still wrong Search the forum for contact details.

Thanks. You're right. But still Airbnb customer service sucks. I have no idea as a host if I need their help how can I get in touch with them. Last time I asked a question but they never responded. Also a few months ago I had an issue with a transaction, they responded after almost 5 days!

ZERO CURTOMER SERVICE and YOU ALWAYS GET SOMEONE 'ELSE'....you never talk to the same person  twice so they dont now you personally OR WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!
