Hello and greetings from Okinawa.

 

I access the AB&B site from differens locations/laptops. Sometimes only a very short while after. I have information not replicating on the AB&B site. For example:

 

I block availability for one room in one location. However, when I open the AB&B site in another location the same room appear available for the date i blocked previously.

 

I write a review in one location and when I open the site in another, the system tells me I still need to write the review for the same person.

 

I have alerted AB&B about the issue several times: through emails with the customer centre and through feedback on surveys. The response I have had was apologetic but there is nothing they could do.

 

This time I had an issue with instant booking which led to a double booking.

 

And I am annoyed.

 

I have tryed to find similar issues on the comunity database.... however I have not been able to find one with the exception of one on blocked days disappearing.
