paid less than I charge

I charge a minimum of $NZ50 nightly and don't have any discounts in place. But I was paid $NZ36 a night. Does anyone know why? The guest is staying for several 3 night stints and while I am happy for her to stay for the first three nights, I want to correct this charge for the following nights. Can anybody advise what I need to do? I haven't hosted before. Is there a chat function that I can't see?

Welcome to Air BNB and I hope you will be successful with this adventure.  Air BNB does deduct the 3% host fee but it seems that the difference is greater than expected.  Only Air BNB can answer your question but I can help you connect.  Pose your question to Air BNB on Twitter.  I have had fairly quick responses.

Are you sure the 36 is NZD? 50NZD= almost $36USD exactly.
