We are a city centre apartment operator. We have had a run of guests operating as prostitutes. This has been more of a problem on booking.com due to anonymity but we have just had a very street wise guest who managed to get through. Not sure how we can avoid the negative guest review after we have asked them to leave...

Nothing much to do but to write it into the rules of the listing and let them know they will be kicked out, if they have guests over that you haven't approved of.

If they then have guests over and you kick them out, you can have their review taken down, as they have broken the house rules.

Like the lady you accused of running a prostitution business from you home, have had your review removed. Probably because you had no proof of it.
