We  have  a Guest  cancellation of  5 days  can you confirm  that the owner   can also  cancel  within 5  days

I am assuming when you refer to "owner" you are talking about "hosts"?

If you are, there are severe penalties for hosts who cancel on guests unless it is for "extenuating circumstances".

You will notice that if you cancel less than 7 days, you will get fined as well.
