Hello...we've been hosting for over a year now and it's never been this slow..we have 0 bookings ...now and future..we are in a northern california tourist beach/college town..this time last year things were going great..anyone with the same problem? Thanks...Victoria

@Victoria-and-Buff0  Your home is quite lovely and very well-priced.  I did a blind search for entire homes in the low $200's and your listing showed up on the second page.  I do know that there has been a huge influx of new hosts into the Air BNB platform.  Many hosts are reporting fewer inquiries and bookings.  Since your listing is entire home, have you listed it on other websites?  Some travelers are using other sites so that might be a good move for you as well.
