Help possible sketchy request

Hey ! I need your help! I got instant booking and this person totattly qualifies. Instead of just booking she sent and inquiry without asking anything but approval. She says she's coming from somewhere completely different from where she's from and her profile says she has no reviews and once you click on the profile 2 excellent reviews appear! 

Mis this sketchy or I'm being paranoid and this happens

I think it is wise that she sends you inquiry before she books. I would do the same because some hosts do not update their calendar regulary.

It is possible that she lives on one place but now she is traveling and will arrive from the other direction.

I don't see anything sketchy , specially if she has 2 nice reviews
