Guests are booking without a photo!! This is ridiculous, and we won't stand for it. Begin as many new conversation threads as possible to bring this to their attention. Clearly, either their algorithm doesn't work, or they don't care about their hosts. Something needs to be done about this dangerous situation.

@Laura678  There are already many threads on this with hundreds of responses. I think it's actually better to keep as many responses as possible in the same thread to contentious issues, that way Airbnb can see how many hosts responded, thumbs-upped, etc. I don't see the point in starting more and more threads about it. It waters it down, as hosts who've already put forth their opinion aren't going to bother responding on the 5 threads on this you've just posted.

Its an algorithm that triggers action, not human responses from airbnb.
