find my own listing on Airbnb

when i do a search as host for my own listing , it doesnt show in the list. why is that? I already saw/read many complaints about the same issue but obviously no one can give a solution and it seems to be impossible to get a hold of Airbnb to assist with this matter

It's not easy to see your own listing or to see your own position in the search rankings.  You must use an "incognito mode" or "private search" mode so that it doesn't automatically use your own stored cache/cookies.   Try that.

thanks Milu for the advice but i already tried to search on many different devices and also on incognito pages but no results of my listing whatsoever, maybe u can give it a try for me, it would be a relief to know that at least my future customers can find my listing.

why can i not directly contact Airbnb? quite a bad service of them.
