check in/check out

my check out time is 11:00am and my check in time is 3:00pm. AIRBNB wont let me book anyone in on the same day someone is checking out. I have 4 hours in which to get my suite ready, can anyone help with this? thanks

Yes they will.

You probably have a setting on your listing that is prohibiling it.

Have you gone into your listing and checked?

Personally I think it's a good idea to have a day between check in and check outs as things do go wrong and guests leave late/arrive early. However, it's up to you.
