Room Classification

Could you help me classify my rental space- whether it should be private room or whole house. You enter through a private entrance. It is the entire upstairs of our house- there is no shared space, no interaction necessary between host and guests. There is a bedroom, bath and living room/kitchenette area.

Sounds like you have no shared space whatsoever - even a separate private entrance. In that case it is an 'entire' property. However I would make clear in your description that you live in a separate property downstairs (should they need any help or advice during their stay). May help to keep away anyone looking to party or make a mess!

Sounds like an Entire Home listing to me.  I think the main identifiers include the separate entrance and no shared living spaces.  You can (and should) note in your description the information you provided here and that you live in a separate area on the premises.
