Payout went to expired account.

My payout went to an expired account and I updated my account info to a new default account but I wanted to know how long it would take for them to get the money to me?

@Melanie28 So when you say "expired" account do you mean a closed account?  When you set up a new account it takes several days for Airbnb to verify it.  If your original payout account is indeed closed, I would contact Airbnb to make sure your new account is verified and active.  Here's how to contact them:

Yes,a closed account. The new account I added has been verified though,I was just worried of where the Money went because there was no error message. Thanks for the link I'll call them in the morning! 🙂
