Payment delayed! Way too long

Hi

It is almost 3 weeks that I am waiting a miserable 29 RM extra payment agreed with the guests.
Airbnb staff promised to pay me long ago but so far I can't see the transaction and I did not receive my money.
I would like to know if anyone is having the same issue as I don't think is fair to squeeze small potato owners like me with payment delays. I think Airbnb was very fast with payments in the past but now is more and more difficult and I am wondering why I have to chase Airbnb so many times for a very small payment of only 6.5 US$! ! !

Hello @Luigi27 You should call airbnb again - this type of situation is overall pretty rare and is pretty strightforward to resolve.
